**Please note there are two program fees. to recieve the discount program rate, please attend Registration Night on Monday, January 9, 2012. After this date regular program fees apply. If you can not attend Registation Night, have a friend sign you up. Registration for all programs is on a first come, first serve basis. In most cases programs have a maximum registration. Some programs are subject to change or cancellation due to lack of registrations or program leaders. Parents are asked to bring proof of age for some children’s programs. Waivers MUST be signed by the adult participant or the parent/guardian of minor participants at the time of registering for the program. Please make cheques payable to College Heights Community Association (C.H.C.A.) and one cheque for each program is required.
